Export or delete your data
Download everything, delete a store, or close your account.
- Download everything: Settings › Store › Your data gives you a file with your store, menu, recipes, sales, slips and bank lines.
- Sales history is kept for about 13 months, then deleted automatically. Slips and statements stay until you delete them.
- Delete a store: also under Your data. It removes the store, its menu, recipes, sales, slips, statements and their files for good.
- Delete your account: Settings › Account › Delete account. Stores where you're the only owner are deleted too.
Deleting a store also cancels its subscription at PayFast, so you won't be charged again.
