Trial, prices and paying
How the free trial, R89 and R149 pricing and monthly payments work.
The free trial
Your first store gets 7 days free, with no card needed. There's one trial per business, so a store connected to a Yoco account that has already had a trial starts without one.
The price
R89 a month, or R149 if your store averaged more than 60 orders per trading day over the last 30 days. The price is worked out each time you pay, so a quiet month costs less. Orders are your Yoco sales; Billing shows the daily count.
Paying
- Open Billing and subscribe. You're sent to PayFast's secure page to pay. Wins never sees your card.
- After that, PayFast charges your card each month. If you subscribe during the trial, the first paid month starts when the trial ends.
- To change cards, use Use a different card on the Billing page.
If a payment fails
Everything keeps working for 3 more days. After that syncing and slip reading pause until you pay. Your data is kept.
Cancelling
Cancel on the Billing page at any time. You won't be charged again, and the store keeps working until the paid month ends.
Only the store owner and managers can see Billing.
