Terms of service

Last updated 3 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Wins ("we") for the use of the service. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Wins reads your menu and sales from your Yoco account, reads the slips, invoices and bank statements you upload, and shows estimated costs, margins and profit. It depends on Yoco's API, the internet and automated reading (including AI), which can make mistakes. The figures are a management aid, not accounting or tax advice: check anything you rely on, and keep your original records.

Trial and payment

  • Your first store gets a 7-day free trial. No card is needed. There is one free trial per business: a store connected to a Yoco account that has already had a trial starts without one.
  • After that, each month costs R89, or R149 if your store averaged more than 60 orders per trading day over the previous 30 days.
  • When you subscribe, PayFast sets up a monthly subscription on your card and charges it each month in advance, at the price your usage calls for, until you cancel on the Billing page. Your card details stay with PayFast.
  • If a payment is late, the service keeps working for 3 days, then pauses until you pay. Your data is kept.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except as set out in our refund policy or where the law says otherwise. We'll give 30 days' notice of any price change.

Sign-ups and the waiting list

We may limit how many new stores can join. When places are full, new accounts join a waiting list and are let in in the order they joined. Your trial starts when you create your store, not while you wait.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your sign-in and Yoco API key secure.
  • Only use the service for your own business and within the law, including POPIA.
  • Your use of Yoco stays subject to Yoco's own terms. Wins is independent and isn't made or endorsed by Yoco.
  • Only upload documents you're entitled to share, and keep the originals your tax records need.

Ending

You can stop at any time by cancelling on the Billing page, or delete your store in Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or don't pay, and we'll give notice if we ever shut the service down.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we're not liable for lost sales, pricing or tax decisions made from the figures, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
